Water Damage: Laundry Room

Washer and dryer overflows are not uncommon in the SERVPRO world. While it is a nuisance it's not something that we can't handle. In the before picture it is hard to tell but the entire wall is wet and needed to be removed before microbial growth could begin to grow. The after picture shows the affected material that needed to be removed, to stop any mold from appearing we wipe down all the wood and studs with Benefect, this way there is no possibility of unwanted mold. The homeowner was thrilled with her results in the laundry room.
